It is a particularly charming and well-maintained urbanisation, known for its warm hospitality. With extensive gardens and a lovely swimming pool, it also has direct access to the “Almadraba” beach.
The house has a surface area of 70m² and is spread over two floors. The lower floor features a pretty living/dining room with a well fitted open-plan kitchen, and a toilet. It contains comfortable furniture and the domestic appliances are new. The lovely, private terrace with canopy overlooks the communal swimming pool.
A few steps lead to the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms – a double bedroom and a twin bedroom - with wardrobes and a shower room.
The living/dining room has a fan. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The complex is surrounded by an outdoor car park.
The environment
"Bruno Mimosas" is a privileged place for a relaxing stay, with direct access to the "Almadraba" beach. This gravel beach is very well maintained and preserved from the crowd. It is perfect for practicing water sports. Those who dislike the sand or love to walk dogs will love it!
It is a 10-minute drive from the city centre and all its leisure and dining options and a stone's throw from supermarkets, newsstands, bakery, small bars and other amenities.
