This comfortable apartment is located in the heart of the pretty family complex, “Casa Stella", a few steps away from the “Deveses” beach of fine sand. It is a large beach accessible to all, young and old, preserved from the crowd and perfectly well maintained. The centre of Dénia is at 9 km from the apartment.
With a beautiful swimming pool and common gardens, the Casa Stella is a peaceful and ideal place to spend a dream vacation.
The 60m² apartment is spread over a single floor. The entrance hall leads to a living/dining room with modern furniture and a fully fitted, open-plan kitchen. The northeast-facing terrace offers an amazing view of the gardens and swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and a shower room with washing machine.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a marble-slab electric heating system. Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are installed. There is a private car park just outside the entrance to the apartment.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Restaurants, supermarkets, newsstands, bakeries, bars and other amenities are just a few steps away from the residence. It is possible to rent bicycles, jet skis, kayaks and diving equipment. Only a few kilometres separate the apartment from the equestrian centre, the go-kart tracks, the surf school and the drive-in cinema as well as all the other leisure activities of Dénia. For golf enthusiasts, the famous 27-hole “La Sella” golf course is situated at 5km.
